# Engineering Notebook progress notes

**2026-10-14 status: work in progress.** These are implementation notes, not a physical or licensed release. No V1.0 label has been assigned.

The public milestone covers educational software and collection templates. The artifact matrix at `/notebook/downloads/` is the current availability record. The project should retain these pending states until review inputs exist; a software build alone cannot promote a physical or open-source release.
