Reproduce the current software

From a clean checkout, use Node.js 24 (minimum supported version 22.12.0) and the lockfile. These checks recreate the static site and verify its notebook links and downloads; they do not generate measurements.

The editable draft geometry uses Python 3.12, CadQuery 2.8.0, and engineering/parameters/notebook-provisional-r0.json. The guide gives the regeneration commands, source locations, coordinate convention, units, and review boundary.

Physical and rights boundary

Dimensions and hardware

The provisional source uses millimeters; the web view converts them to meters. Its 0.1 mm diametral clearance and 3.0–3.3 mm coupon holes are trial candidates. Material, printer settings, final fit, pin retention, M3 fastener lengths, ball, and spring have not been selected or checked.

Licensing and provenance

Owner review of CAD/hardware, software, documentation, data, and the existing website’s rights is pending. No new license is asserted. Download availability does not grant reuse rights. Draft CAD exports stay internal until design, fit, print, source, and rights review are recorded.

A printable release also needs actual hardware specifications, measured fit and test records, assembly instructions, reviewed models, and complete source files. Follow the physical validation status for the evidence trail.
